Kevin McSwain and Brandon Robinson had 30.20 pounds to win the Happy Hookers Bass Club season ending classic tournament on May 21-22 at Lake Kissimmee. Steve Green and Matt Dean were second with 27.80 pounds. Shorty Carter and Tyler Summer placed third with 25.60 pounds. Matt Dean took Day One big bass with a 6.60 pounder and Jumbo Jordan had Day Two big bass with a 6.00 pounder.

Garrett Foster and Weston Smith had 25.49 pounds to win first place in the Polk County Bass Assassin’s tournament May 21 on Lake Alfred. Jimmy Saxon and Wade Bess were second with 17.14 pounds and also had big bass with a 6.86 pounder. Chris Fox and Gabe Fox took third place with 13.18 pounds.

Keith Katrien and Mark Kummelman had 20.25 pounds and big bass with a 6.20 pounder to win the Bass Bandits of Brandon tournament May 21 on the Winter Haven Chain. Larry Walls and Gary Deshong took second place with 18.20 pounds.

Jim Folks and Jeremy Smith had 38.48 pounds and big bass with a 9.40 pounder to win the Xtreme Bass Series Lake Toho Division tournament May 22 on Lake Toho. Raymond Trudeau and Karen Trudeau were second with 27.93 pounds. Andrew Hall and Will Brown were third with 22.94 pounds.

Ray Trudeau had 34.10 pounds to win first place during the Toho Marine Elite One Man Tour tournament May 22 on Lake Toho. Chad Dowling took second place with 30.16 pounds. Levi Brown was third with 28.34 pounds. Jesus Villegas had big bass with a 9.73 pounder.

Hunter Davis and Aubrey Davis had 15.62 pounds to win the Thursday Night Open Series tournament May 19 on the Winter Haven North Chain. Todd Evom and Shawn Evans took second place with 14.20 pounds and also had big bass with an 8.15 pounder. Michael Foster and Megan Walter placed third with 13.75 pounds.

Andrew Ready and Trever Stephens had 22.09 pounds to win the Lake Wales Po Boys Bass Club tournament May 22 on Lake Reedy. Jason Brewer and Kyle Brewer took second place with 21.72 pounds. Earl Dowdy and Jeff Spotswood took third place with 21.05 pounds. Dave Keen had big bass with a 6.73 pounder.

Lamar Farrow and Richie Upchurch had 29.91 pounds to win the 4th Annual Battle of the Bass Tournament May 21 on the Kissimmee Chain. Kolbi Morgan and Marlon Crowder took second place with 28.74 pounds. Travis Cato and Bruce Bozman placed third with 25.46 pounds. Dusty Hunter and Greg Walls had big bass with a 9.72 pounder.

Stan Landuit and Brian Lawrence had 11.40pounds and big bass with a 4.70 pounder to win the Bass N Boats tournament May 21 on Lake June in Winter. Ken Singletary and Steven Singletary were second with 7.85 pounds. Rick Miller and Riley Miller were third with 7.20 pounds.

Jonathan Lacrone had 13.36 pounds to win first place in the Lakeland Bassmasters’ Draw Trail tournament May 22 at Lake Panasoffkee. Matt Glendenning was second with 13.12 pounds and also had big bass with a 4.30 pounder. David Bear was third with 12.76 pounds.

Jonathan Lacrone and Pat Higgins had 23.47 pounds and each had a big bass weighing 7.70 pounds to win first place during Lakeland Bassmasters’ Team Trail tournament May 21 at Lake Panasoffkee. John O’Farrel and Dave Perry took second place with 14.50 pounds.

Chris Fox and Matt Glenndenning had 11.70 pounds to win the Country Boys Fishing LLC Saddle Creek “Monday Nighter” tournament May 23 at Saddle Creek Park. Mike Hubbard and Mike Whittington took second place with 8.52 pounds and also had big bass with a 5.50 pounder. Jodie Wilbanks and Billy Jaynes placed third with 8.00 pounds.

The next Thursday Night Open Series tournament is May 26 on Lake Hancock out of the Farm Road Boat Ramp. Time is from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sign-ups are at the ramp only and will be cut off at 5:50 p.m. Entry fee is $30 per boat, no more than two people per boat. The next Sunshine State Crappie Trail tournament is their season ending championship May 27-28 on Rodman Reservoir. A one-time season membership fee is $50 and the tournament entry fee is $100. The Camp Mack Guy Harvey Lodge, Marina & RV Resort 2022 Bonfire Tournament Series continues with its second event, the Blazing Bass Challenge June 4 at Lake Kissimmee. This is the second of three, one day tournaments to be held throughout the year and will conclude with a two-day tournament in November.
