Dolphins left tackle Terron Armstead is active for Sunday’s home game against the Buffalo Bills. He was listed as questionable to play because of a lingering toe injury.

Cornerback Xavien Howard (groin) and wide receiver Cedrick Wilson Jr. (ribs/toe) are also active after being listed as questionable. However, starting defensive tackle Raekwon Davis is inactive. He was listed as questionable with a knee injury.

The Dolphins (2-0) also deactivated tight ends Cethan Carter (concussion) and Hunter Long (ankle), running back Myles Gaskin, rookie wide receiver Erik Ezukanma and rookie quarterback Skylar Thompson.

Meanwhile, the Bills (2-0) will play with a depleted defense. Starting safeties Micah Hyde (neck) and Jordan Poyer (foot) will miss Sunday’s game. Cornerback Dane Jackson (neck) was also previously ruled out, as well as defensive tackles Ed Oliver (ankle) and Jordan Phillips (hamstring). Starting cornerback Tre’Davious White remains on the reserve/PUP list and will miss the game.

Starting center Mitch Morse (elbow), wide receiver Khalil Shakir and tight end Tommy Sweeney are also inactive.

However, quarterback Josh Allen will get one of his key pass-catchers back, as wide receiver Gabe Davis is active despite missing the team’s Week 2 game against the Tennessee Titans with an ankle injury.
