Those people included David Rohn, Corey Rossman, Mike Beth and Jay Rosenbaum, who is reportedly the last person to see her walking home alone at the intersection of 11th Street and College Avenue about 4:30 a.m. June 3, 2011.

Each young man is considered a person of interest in the case, though not named publicly by police.

In the early days of Spierer’s disappearance, each young man retained his own attorney.

The Herald-Times has compiled a then-and-now list of the men two years into Spierer’s disappearance, based on records from Bloomington police and Indiana University; interviews with the missing IU student’s parents, Robert and Charlene Spierer; earlier H-T reporting; social media profiles; and more recent interviews.

Jesse Wolff, 23, of Port Washington, N.Y.

Jesse Wolff was a December 2011 IU SPEA graduate.

2011: He was Spierer’s boyfriend of two years. Spierer was in Bloomington at the start of the summer of 2011 because she was waiting for Wolff to finish his summer class at IU. The two had planned to travel home to the East Coast together.

2013: Works as an assistant account executive for Blue Wolf Communications in Port Washington, N.Y., according to his LinkedIn profile. A phone message left for Wolff at Blue Wolf Communications was not returned.

Smallwood Plaza

EDITOR'S NOTE: Smallwood Plaza was later renamed to The Avenue on College.

David Rohn, 21, of New York, N.Y.

David Rohn was studying recreational sport management at the IU’s School of Public Health.

2011: Rohn knew Spierer through Smallwood. He told an Indianapolis television station he and Spierer hung out with friends that night. He helped search for Spierer and hang posters in the days after she disappeared.

2013: Rohn is enrolled in IU classes this summer. An email to Rohn was not returned.

5 North Townhomes

Three of those who last saw Spierer lived at the townhomes at 11th and Morton streets.

Corey Rossman, 23, of Sharon, Mass.

Cory Rossman was studying real estate finance at IU’s Kelley School of Business.

2011: Video surveillance footage showed Spierer leaving her apartment building for a night out and returning to Smallwood with Rossman. His attorney, Carl Salzmann, reported Rossman got punched during an altercation at Smallwood, and said his client doesn’t remember what happened after he was punched.

Spierer and Rossman then left Smallwood, went through an alley to 5 North Townhomes and visited Rossman’s apartment.

2013: Rossman is enrolled at IU this fall.

Rossman recently told the Journal News, Spierer’s hometown newspaper, that the missing woman’s parents are harassing him and claimed he had nothing to do with Spierer’s disappearance. Charlene Spierer told the newspaper they have never spoken with Rossman.

Mike Beth, 22, of Morganville, N.J.

Mike Beth is a May 2012 IU graduate in telecommunications.

2011: Mike Beth was Corey Rossman’s roommate at 5 North Townhomes. On the night of her disappearance, Spierer visited with Beth at his apartment. His attorney said that Beth was home writing papers for class that night.

2013: Beth works as a clerk for WallachBeth Capital on Wall Street in New York.

“I am a confident entrpreneur (sic) who gets the job done. My goal is to be a successful client facing salesperson. I am fluent in Finance as well as adept to learning software. I can handle all types of working environments,” he writes on his LinkedIn profile.

Jay Rosenbaum is a May 2012 IU SPEA graduate.

2011: Rosenbaum was reportedly the last person to see Spierer from his 5 North Townhomes apartment, as she walked home alone to her Smallwood apartment from the corner of 11th Street and College Avenue about 4:30 a.m. June 3, 2011.

A phone call last week to the number listed for Imovation Solutions resulted in a call to a company called Bleznak Associates. The woman who answered the phone said Jay Rosenbaum does not work there.
