Sure, there's not a lot of good going on in the world at this point in time, but there are a few things we can point to as bright spots: restaurants are currently donating classic favs to first-line responders battling the COVID-19 pandemic, cooking at home has never seemed like more of an adventure, and, in an example I will elaborate on much further in a moment, some establishments are bringing back ultimate comfort food deals to help get us through this trying time.

Yes, my friends, this is my way of telling you that over the weekend, KFC decided to bring back its "extra-large serving" of popcorn chicken nuggets. Per BRAND Eating, the newly returned offering will be available for a limited-time nationwide at participating Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants.

While most KFCs are currently operating on a drive-thru-only or takeout model, you can still order the massive bin of chicken for just $10 where it's available (as always, we recommend you call ahead and check with your local restaurant to ensure they have what you're looking for). Inside the bin are 70—seventy!—whole lil extra-crisply breaded pieces of white meat "served with your choice of dipping sauces," Chew boom notes.

While the extra-large version of popcorn chicken is not yet listed on KFC's website, you can see that their usual serving size of "popcorn made from chicken" is 100 percent white meat and extra crispy as well, so you'll undoubtedly just get that...times 70 when you order the big boy bucket. Enjoy!
