A country music festival featuring Kid Rock, Jason Aldean and Hank Williams Jr. is touring the United States in 2024.
And they are making a stop in Missouri in June.
Rock the Country, a two-day country music festival, comes to Brick’s Offroad Park in Poplar Bluff June 28-29. Tickets go on sale Thursday, and fans can sign up for pre-sale access on the festival’s website.
Poplar Bluff, population 16,225, is about 360 miles southeast of Kansas City, near the Missouri Bootheel.
Two-day general admission tickets to the festival start at $129. Elevated seating tickets give access to reserved seats with a backrest and start at $199.
The festival says all sales are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Rock the Country
The Rock the Country website says the festival uses radio frequency identification wristbands as the tickets. The wristbands will be shipped to festival goers beginning six weeks before the event.
Twelve artists perform during the festival, including Koe Wetzel, Travis Tritt, Uncle Kracker, Cold Ford, Elvie Shane, Pecos & the Rooftops, Gavin Adcock, Sadie Bass and Dee Jay Silver.

What can I not bring inside Rock the Country?
These items are not allowed inside Rock the Country’s festival grounds:
Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind
Outside food or beverage
Coolers
Tents or umbrellas
Animals
Illegal substances
Laser pointers
Chains and chain wallets
Fireworks
Flags
Professional cameras, video cameras or audio recording devices
You can bring these items into the venue:
Sunscreen
Hats
Phones and chargers
Empty plastic water containers for use at the water stations
Towels
Non-professional cameras
Small to medium bags
Medicine (in approved containers)
Chairs and blankets for use in the General Admission areas
The festival says staff will search all attendees’ bags and require everyone to pass through a metal detector before entering the festival.
What are the parking rules for Rock the Country?
Rock the Country allows for guests to camp, either in a tent brought with their car or with an RV.
Parking spots are dedicated to guests who decide to camp for the festival, starting at $599 for RVs and $209 for cars.
RV campers will receive eight wristbands and car campers will receive six wristbands. Guests will have to wear one of these wristbands at all times while on the camping grounds.
Weekend parking passes start at $60 for people who are not camping for the festival.
