Kids should get their costumes ready, trick or treat has arrived

Get your ghosts and goblins ready. Trick-or-treat time is here!

Not all communities in the Tri-State and beyond hold trick-or-treat on Halloween. Here are the dates and times as posted by local municipalities in Washington County, Md., Franklin County, Pa., and in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia.

Drivers are advised to be extra cautious on the roads during these times, and parents are urged to keep a close eye on their kids as they go door to door.

Those who wish to hand out candy should turn their porch lights on.
