"Kill the Bill" Protests Continue in Bristol

Protests against a new crime bill that would give police more power to restrict protests continued in Bristol, England, on March 26.

Avon and Somerset Police said they arrested 10 people following clashes with protesters during the “Kill the Bill” rally in Bristol.

Police said they urged protesters to go home and follow coronavirus restrictions after more than 1,000 people gathered at College Green on Friday afternoon before marching through the city.
