Kim Kardashian may have not gotten the memo about Miami’s raging heat index.
Because the reality star is really, really proud of a leather outfit she sported while in town to watch Lionel Messi’s grand unveiling with Inter Miami at DRV PNK Stadium last month.
So proud that she reposted it for her 363 million followers with the caption, “Let’s go! Miami nights.”
If the SKIMs founder had glanced at a weather forecast on her phone while packing, she may have noted that it’s been absolutely sweltering here practically all summer long. Residents are constantly being warned to stay well hydrated and indoors, with the air conditioning blasting.

Due to the aforementioned, dreaded heat index – humidity mixed with actual air temperature – it feels like 100 degrees or more.
But there was Kardashian, all ready to party it up at Gekko after the game in her two-piece getup, a backless halter top and flared slacks. Just looking at all that thick material on the Internet made us break out in a sweat.
A couple of commenters called her out: “With leather in summertime,” wrote one, adding a laughing face emoji.

Paparazzi photographed the 42-year-old mom of four heading into Bad Bunny’s Gekko restaurant, where there is no doubt excellent air conditioning, and we’re sure she was fine.
Free advice from a longtime resident to KK for your next trip down south: In the evenings, we prepare accordingly when it feels in the triple digits outside, i.e., a cotton maxi dress, pleated shorts, flouncy top, loose blouse...Then when we dine inside where’s it nice and cool, we throw a light jacket/cardigan/shawl over our shoulders/back of the chair.
