As it turns out, Psalm West could've ended up as Ye Junior.

In last Sunday's episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kim Kardashian West revealed that her and Kanye West originally had a different baby name in mind for their fourth child.

After he was born, Kim attended brunch with her family, introduced the newborn, and announced that her and Kanye were considering Ye for the baby's name, according to the Daily Mail.

Ye, a shortened version of Kanye, is an often-used nickname for the rapper. He uses the moniker as his Twitter handle and even used it as the title of his 2018 album.

Despite the personal affiliation, Kim revealed that the name wasn't exactly what they were looking for. "Kanye doesn't like Ye, 'cause Ye doesn't mean anything," she said, according to the Daily Mail. "We looked up every name in the Bible that had a Ye at the beginning and the only name was Yechiel."

Eventually, aunt Kylie Jenner came to the rescue. According to Kim, Kylie called her to dissuade her from naming her newborn son Ye. "Psalm and Saint sound good together," Kylie said, according to Kim. "The kids now call him 'PsalmYe.'"

Kim and Kanye also share children North, Saint, and Chicago.
