Kim Kardashian Lists Minimalist Calabasas Condo for $3.5 Million

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have been making headlines with their real-estate acquisitions lately, but it seems they are also in the market to sell, because Kardashian recently listed her minimalist Calabasas, California, condo for $3.5 million. The KKW Beauty founder purchased the unit for $1.6 million in August 2017, and in her April Vogue cover story, she revealed that she uses it as an office space and that as a gift, West had the place decorated by Belgian architect Vincent van Duysen.

The 2,260-square-foot home, which boasts three bedrooms and four bathrooms, is located in a complex called Avanti, situated a convenient three miles away from the power couple's main Hidden Hills residence. It has previously appeared in episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, such as in one where the makeup mogul and her sister Kourtney Kardashian meet a medical medium who claims he can help with Kim’s psoriasis.

Photos from the listing show that the residence features wide-plank European oak flooring, lots of neutral-toned furniture, and clean lines throughout. The listing also states that every item in the home, from light fixtures to furniture to chandeliers, was custom-designed by Van Duysen. The great room features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Gaggenau Oven, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, and Bosh Dishwasher.

Though there are no available images of the bedrooms, each of the three is reportedly en suite, with the master suite featuring a luxurious deep-soaking Jee-o soho bathtub. The home is accessible via a semiprivate elevator, and building amenities included in the $658-a-month homeowners' association fee include a pool, spa, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ area.

In keeping with the Kardashians’ family-oriented living style, neighbors in the building include Kim's grandmother (Kris Jenner's mother) Mary Jo Houghton and cousin Cici Bussey, both of whom reside in two of three units that Jenner owns in the complex.
