...so now I want to get chunky brown highlights in my hair.
Kim Kardashian is out here changing up her look yet again. And no, I don’t mean with Photoshop or plastic surgery, silly. I mean with a subtle hair change, of course! Kim, beauty chameleon in her own right, has made many a hair change in her time. There was that one time Kim went platinum blonde, that other time she wore a sparkly wig (made of streamers) for the 2019 Met Gala after-party, and that other other time she cut her hair into an adorable blunt bob. But now, it’s time for a different Kim K. hair change, and I literally could not be more obsessed.
On Instagram, hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons posted a picture of himself styling Kim’s mane. So what’s her new hairstyle, you ask? It’s a modern take on chunky brown highlights styled into a shiny, luxurious lob that couldn’t have more bounce even if it tried. And honestly, it’s a wholeeeee lewk. Uploaded just in time for Throwback Thursday, the hair style is a major nod to the ’90s icons who rocked excessive highlights (much to their embarrassment later). Kim’s serving Kelly Clarkson, Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera, and—lest we forget—Lindsay Lohan in Freaky Friday realness. Check out Kim’s hairdo, below, and prepare to be blown away.

Look a little familiar? That’s because Kim did her hair like this to shoot imagery for her KKW Beauty ’90s collection, which features smokey shadows, nude lipsticks, and all the dramatic looks from the decade. Kim’s been promoting the collection like craaazy, which is totally fine with me because it slaps.
Right now, it looks like Kim has gone back to her basic brunette, but I’m waiting with bated breath to see what iconic style she does next. With hair that good, I have no choice...but to stan.
