Black Friday 2020 is in full swing! Best Buy surprised us all this week by dropping a slew of sneak preview deals a full month ahead of the big day, allowing shoppers to get a head start on the biggest savings event of the year. While you’d be correct in assuming that the massive sale is chock-full of amazing discounts on top-rated TVs, speakers, headphones and other great tech, one of the best deals of the entire sale is actually for the kitchen! Through tomorrow, November 1, you can get KitchenAid’s top-tier mixer—the KV25G0XER Professional 500 5-quart—for less than $200.

That’s right! This baking staple falls by a whopping $300 during this Black Friday preview from $499.99 to just $199.99. Not only is that less than you’ll find the brand’s entry-level 4.5-quart mixer ($259.99) going for, it’s the best price we’ve ever seen on it!

This top-of-the-line pick is the holy grail of the KitchenAid mixer line. With a whopping 450 watts of power over the Classic’s 250 watts and the 5-quart Artisan’s ($379) 325, it’s strong enough to handle any mixing job you can throw at it.

We voted the 5-quart Artisan model as the best stand mixer on the market for its quiet operation, durable build and easy-to-use attachments.

This more powerful Professional model is extremely similar: both mixers have 10 different speed settings and come with 5-quart, stainless-steel bowls, plus a dough hook, a flat beater and a wire whip. There are a few minor differences, however. You won’t get the splash guard that's included with the Artisan model, for one (though as our tester noted in her review, it’s not a necessary addition for a mixer of this class).

The other main difference lies in the fact that the lesser Classic and Artisan mixers feature tilting heads, while the Professional does not. Instead, it boasts a lifting bowl design, which means that you can pull a lever to smoothly lift the bowl into position under the beater.

According to KitchenAid, this super sturdy Professional model is best for tackling large, heavy batches in the kitchen, whether you’re cooking for a large family or working with heavy mixtures. As many of the nearly 9,000 glowing reviews its received on Best Buy's site have already pointed out, it also makes for a great Christmas gift for the home chef in your life.

It's even got a one-year warranty on both parts and labor to protect your purchase should anything go awry.

With a price this low, we'd highly recommend scooping yours up while you still can, though—the black version has already sold out!
