For the second time in three weeks, the Colorado State football team is playing on the road against a Power 5 program.

For the season opener it was Michigan, and now it's a Washington State team coming off a road win over a top-25 Wisconsin team.

The Rams are seeking a big upset as they try and snap a long losing streak dating back to last season.

The 3 p.m. Mountain time kickoff will be broadcast on the Pac-12 Network. Here's what to know about the game and how to watch and listen online.

When/where: 3 p.m. MT Saturday, Sept. 17, at Gesa Field on the Washington State University campus in Pullman, Washington.

Betting line: Washington State is a 16.5-point favorite, according to Tipico Sportsbook.

Saturday's weather in Pullman: Mostly cloudy conditions call for a kickoff temperature of 69 degrees with light wind and no rain expected. The high is expected to be 71.

Attendance: Gesa Field has a capacity of 32,952, making it one of the smallest Power 5 stadiums and smaller than CSU's Canvas Stadium (36,500).

Coaches: CSU is coached by Jay Norvell, who is in his first year leading the Rams. He's 33-28 in five seasons as a head coach and 0-2 at CSU. Washington State is led by Jake Dickert, who is in his full first season leading the Cougars. He was named interim coach last year after Nick Rolovich was fired after refusing to follow Washington state COVID vaccine requirements. Dickert is 5-3 overall following a 3-3 record after taking over in 2021.

Team records: CSU is 0-2 while Washington State is 2-0.

Last week: The Rams lost 34-19 at home to Middle Tennessee. Washington State won 17-14 at No. 19 Wisconsin.

Rankings: Washington State is receiving votes in both top 25 polls. The Cougars are 10 spots outside the top 25 in each.

Series: Teams have met once, with CSU beating Washington State 48-45 in the 2013 New Mexico Bowl. The Rams trailed by 15 with less than 5 minutes remaining in the game and rallied to win.
