Now open at 4706 California Ave. SW in West Seattle is Haymaker, a cocktail bar and New American and Italian spot.
Haymaker serves up American bistro fare with French influences, according to Eater Seattle. On the menu, you'll find items like homemade rigatoni pasta, dry-aged New York steak, roasted duck confit with peaches and roasted corn on the cob with aioli and parmesan cheese.
