Hubbell and Donahue have been as successful as anyone in the US Championships, winning the gold medal three of the last four years. The only year they didn't was in 2020, when the two won the silver in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Olympic competitors

The two finished second in the 2021 World Championships, qualifying them for the 2022 Winter Olympics. This will be their second trip to the Olympics, their first coming in 2018. Four years ago, they failed to medal, but still managed to finish fourth.

Final US championship

Hubbell and Donahue announced last year that this will be their final US Figure Skating Championship before retirement. The two have been partners in ice dancing since May 2011.
