What to know about Milwaukee Downtown Dining Week 2023, from how the event works to which restaurants are participating

Twenty-seven Milwaukee restaurants. That's how many will be a part of the 18th annual Downtown Dining Week at the beginning of June, the Milwaukee Downtown, Business Improvement District No. 21 announced Thursday.

“Downtown Dining Week is an invitation to sample Downtown Milwaukee’s new and established restaurants,” Beth Weirick, CEO of the business district, said in a news release. “Diners will have an opportunity to indulge in multicourse meals from a myriad of cuisines ranging from steaks and seafood to sushi and Italian — there’s something for every palate.”

When is Downtown Dining Week 2023?

June 1 to 8.

How does Downtown Dining Week work?

Participating restaurants, steakhouses, bistros and ethnic eateries will offer multicourse menus at $15 or $25 for lunch and $35, $45 or $55 for dinner, a news release said.

Should I make reservations?

Reservations are "strongly encouraged" where they're accepted, per the release.

How Downtown Dining Week participants can get discounted parking in select lots

Select lots operated by Interstate Parking will offer discounted parking to Downtown Dining Week patrons with a coupon code, the news release said.

Participating lots and instructions for redeeming the discount will be posted at downtowndiningmke.com.

A chance for Downtown Dining Week patrons to win dining gift certificates

Downtown Dining Week participants can complete a Downtown Dining Week survey after their dining experience at downtowndiningmke.com by Monday, June 12, according to the news release.

Four randomly drawn winners will be awarded $300 in dining gift certificates, the release said.
