The Select Committee to Investigate the January 6th Attack is set to reconvene on Tuesday. Their seventh hearing follows explosive June 28th testimony from Cassidy Hutchinson, a former aide to White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, whose statements revealed a number of implicating revelations about the attack on the Capitol.

During Tuesday's hearing, the committee will set its focus on extremist groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers, detailing the intricacies of the groups' entry into the Capitol and the allies they engaged with to successfully enter the building.

Many anticipate that these hearings will reveal new information about Trump White House officials and allies who contributed to logistical planning

The hearing will take place at 1 p.m. EST Tuesday on Capitol Hill.

ABC: ABC News Live will carry the hearing. According to a CNN Business report, ABC is planning to preempt regular programming for special reports about the hearing.

CBS: These Wisconsin TV affiliates will carry the hearings: Green Bay WFRV, La Crosse WKBT, Madison WISC, Milwaukee WDJT and Wausau WSAW, according to a CBS News report. It can also be streamed online in the media player at the top of this article.

NBC: The hearing can be streamed online at NBC News NOW, NBCNews.com, MSNBC.com and CNBC.com. According to a CNN Business report, NBC is planning to preempt regular programming for special reports about the hearing.

PBS: The PBS NewsHour will carry the hearings live with reporting and analysis. They will also stream it.

C-Span: The hearing will be broadcast on C-Span, C-SPAN.org and C-Span Radio.

Major developments since the last hearing

“We’re going to get charges of every crime imaginable” if Trump was allowed to proceed to the Capitol with protesters, according to a statement Cassidy Hutchinson recalled hearing from former White House Counsel Pat Cipollone preceding the Jan. 6 attack.

With the revelations included in her statements to the select committee, Hutchinson provided insights to the wide-reaching knowledge of potential violence among Trump White House officials.

Since Hutchinson's June 28th testimony, Cipollone met with the special committee, engaging in an eight-hour interview process. According to reports, Cipollone discussed fraudulent election claims, violence at the Capitol and requests for presidential pardons among other issues.

Cipollone is the highest ranking official from the Trump White House to do so.

Though official statements from Cipollone's testimony have not been released, Hutchinson's statements made clear that he was in opposition to President Trump going to the Capitol with protesters and attempts to use fake electors.

In recent days, Steve Bannon, co-founder of Breitbart News and ex-Trump campaign strategist, has said he is willing to testify to Jan. 6 committee.

During the last hearing, members of the January 6 committee indicated that there have been attempts to intimidate witnesses during the investigation process. With growing amounts of evidence and attention to the hearings, the committee is discussing preventative measures for witness tampering.
