Koala Takes a Beach Stroll in Apollo Bay, Victoria
A koala took a stroll along Apollo Bay beach in Victoria, checking out the surf on December 29.
The creature was seen plodding along the shore, even testing out some surfboards on its trip.
“We were on the beach with family and friends when my daughter casually says: ‘look there’s a koala’. It was wandering out of the sand dunes onto the beach. Then it walked past us onto our surfboards and continued down the beach, cooled off in the water, and wandered back into the sand dunes,” Victorian Natalia Beeston told Storyful.
