Koeller Street construction has begun in Oshkosh. Here's how long it will take and what's included.

OSHKOSH — Paving on Koeller Street between 20th and South Park avenues has started.

Patrons will have access to businesses in the area because a portion of the road will be changed to one-way traffic, City of Oshkosh said in a news release.

Also included in the project is pavement patching on 20th Avenue between Washburn Street and the railroad crossing and on Murdock Avenue between Plymouth and Vinland streets.

Murdock Avenue work is expected to begin Oct. 9 and 20th Avenue work should start Oct. 23.

All work is expected to be done by the end of November, the city said.
