Korean barbecue restaurant opens in Greece

A Korean barbecue restaurant, an interactive dining experience in which people grill their own proteins at their tables, has opened at The Mall at Greece Ridge in Greece.

Taichi Iron BBQ Grill & Bar is a new concept from the owners of Taichi Bubble Tea, which started locally in 2015 and now has 13 locations, including stores in Tennessee, Chicago and Atlanta.

Like its original restaurants, Taichi Iron BBQ also serves poke bowls, sushi burritos, sushi bowls, ramen and a wide variety of bubble teas.

According to social media posts, the restaurant's Korean barbecue offering is an all-you-can-eat, fixed-price experience that costs $33 per person and $20 for ages 4 to 11. It's free for children three and younger under. Diners may choose from five beef options, four pork options, three chicken options, four seafood options and one sausage. Most proteins are marinated and come with a sauce.

The proteins are served with rice, lettuce wraps and steamed buns. Diners may order two items per round, and may cook and feast for as long as two hours.

The restaurant is in the former Bar Louie space; it faces West Ridge Road, and is next to Moe’s Southwest Grill. For reservations, call (585) 978‐8545. Find more information at @taichi_iron_grill_n_bar on Instagram.
