Korean BBQ restaurant opens in San Angelo at former China Garden building

A Korean BBQ restaurant has opened in San Angelo at the former China Garden building.

GoGo GoGi Korean BBQ had its soft opening Nov. 20, 2023 at 4217 College Hills Blvd. The building was formerly China Garden, which closed in January 2018.

"Discover authentic Korean BBQ at GoGo GoGi; whether you're craving our signature dishes, seeking a cozy ambiance, or simply eager to experience something new, GoGo GoGi promises an incredible time for all food lovers," the business' Facebook stated.

The newly renovated restaurant has menu options where you can order to cook on your table top grill. There are premium meats, traditional dishes and more.

"Join us for a flavorful journey in the heart of San Angelo," their Facebook stated.

The restaurant is open from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5-9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and 5-10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
