Kors keeps it country for his Fall/Winter 2020 collection

Michael Kors transported New Yorkers into the country on with his 2020 Fall/Winter Collection.

The designer's runway show was set to a foot-tapping beat, courtesy of Canadian country musician, Orville Peck and his band.

Kors collection was a case of country meets city and the designer says good fashion makes us feel confident.

"So many people who live in big cities, we all want to escape to the country. But, of course, we can't. So, I wanted to take that cozy kind of laid-back attitude that you would find in the country and merge that with an urban polish."

Dozens of celebrities like actresses Blake Lively, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Issa Rae flocked to see the collection; a combination of fall colors, high boots and coats with long, flared sleeves.

Kors believes this collection is timeless and the garments will be worn for up to 30 years.
