Kourtney Kardashian has been forced to explain her friendship with Addison Rae, after her Keeping Up With The Kardashians sisters questioned their age gap.

Kourtney and Addison's unlikely bond has taken centre stage for a while. First fans were wondering how they even met, before speculating about what they talk about when they hang out. Now, Kourtney's sisters Khloe and Kim have got in on the action, asking whether the pair are in a romantic relationship, before addressing the 21 year age gap (Kourtney is 41 while Addison is 20.)

When Kourtney explained that their "energies align", Khloe asked whether that meant her sister had "kiddy energy". Kourt replied, "I feel like I have a young heart and an old soul. I don’t think it’s about age... I feel like, we all have such a good circle of people around us—everyone’s just different ages."

In the confessional, she added, "I don’t think every person needs to understand my relationships with each of my friends.”

At another point in the episode, Kourtney called Addison her "favourite person in the world", to with the TikTok star responded, "I feel like I can read your mind."

Their friendship blossomed in early 2020 after Kourtney enlisted her help to launch Mason's TikTok account, and late last summer Kourtney clapped back at a fan who dragged her on Instagram for her friendship with Addison.
