Kremlin clown Medvedev's bid to channel inner Stalin hilariously flops as netizens see Mini-Me
It seems that Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev is so desperate to live down his well-earned reputation as a worthless drunkard that sources say he has taken to increasingly aping the apparel of communist dictators, according to a viral X (Twitter) post dated Feb. 19.
In this quixotic quest, he traded his typical Western-style biz-bro threads for a field jacket, which in many attentive observers' estimation strongly calls to mind various tyrants of times past.

Presumably, Medvedev hoped this sartorial switcheroo might allow him to pose as Joseph Stalin or Mao Zedong, or at least try to Kim Il-sung it up in homage to Kremlin propagandist Vladimir Solovyov.
Alas for the clown prince of the Kremlin, the unforgiving court of social media saw in Medvedev's fashion folly not a sinister Stalin stand-in but rather a dead ringer for Dr. Evil himself from the Austin Powers comedies, which of course send up Ernst Stavro Blofeld of Bond villainy fame.
Thus it is clear Comrade Failure has decided the best strategy for seeking respect and dominion is some grade-A supervillain cosplay.
