Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian Paid a Combined $37 Million for Their Neighboring Homes

Talk about a mother-daughter bond: News broke last year that Kris Jenner and daughter Khloé Kardashian had purchased side-by-side homes in the exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood of Hidden Hills. However, up until recently the price point for these homes was a mystery. A new report by the Dirt shows that Kris Jenner’s property cost her $20 million, while Khloé's slightly smaller home set her back $17 millon.

In April of 2020, Kris Jenner sold her previous home in the Hidden Hills for a reported $15 million. Meanwhile, Kardashian sold her Calabasas home in late last November for 15.5 million, more than double then what she bought the home for back in 2014.

The two homes are still under construction but they already have that unique Kardashian touch. When it comes to designing homes, Khloé Kardashian has been known to take a very hands-on in her approach.

"I’m obsessed with details, so I can be a bit controlling, but it’s only because I’m genuinely curious," the star told AD in a feature on her former home, designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

The two homes are both reportedly designed in a modern farmhouse style. The Dirt also speculated that one of the homes is 16,5000 square and will boast eight bedrooms and 9.5 baths. Some of the expected amenities for one of the homes include: an eight-car garage, covered patios, a guesthouse, movie theater, gym, lounge, office, pool, and spa.
