Krispy Kreme Released Cinnamon Swirl Donuts for the Holiday Season

In a sea of peppermint- and hot cocoa-flavored treats, Krispy Kreme is taking a different path to holiday goodness. Cinnamon Swirl Doughnuts are officially in shops now, and they are as good as they sound.

The new flavor starts out as a classic donut, but then it’s tossed in cinnamon sugar. It’s topped with cream cheese icing and cinnamon swirl. So if you are a fan of cinnamon, you’ll love the taste here.

“Our cinnamon swirl doughnut accomplishes the unthinkable: you get a gooey cinnamon swirl, decadent cream cheese icing, and melt-in-your-mouth doughnut in every bite,” Brittany Dubin, culinary manager for Krispy Kreme, said in a press release.

You can get the Cinnamon Swirl Doughnuts in Krispy Kreme shops now until January 2019. Pick up a dozen and start the holiday season off on the right foot!
