Kristen Stewart’s latest addition to her real estate portfolio is a charming Mediterranean Revival-style property in Los Feliz that has an unexpected celebrity pedigree. According to Dirt, ER actor Anthony Edwards previously owned the home between 1998 and 2004. While it’s unclear whether or not substantial changes have been made to the 4,864-square-foot home since it was built in 1927, photos from the listing reveal a well-maintained property resplendent with natural light and period details.

Stewart paid exactly $6 million for the four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom pad, which stands two stories tall, and has a detached guest house that was formerly a two-car garage. Large handcrafted doors open onto a front foyer with a wood-beam ceiling and intricately patterned floor tiles; a step-down living room just off the entrance features similarly dynamic ceiling beams and a classic fireplace to anchor the space.

Elsewhere on the ground floor, the dining room boasts French doors that open out onto a covered loggia with room enough for a sitting area and a dining area. The kitchen is upgraded, with stainless-steel appliances and painted olive green cabinetry. Upstairs, the main suite is high-ceilinged, with a dedicated sitting area and a nook with built-in shelves The main bathroom features unusual lavender-and-black tiling, with a double-vanity with black countertops. Two of the other three guest rooms share a full bathroom, while the remaining bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The detached guest house doesn’t have its own bedroom, but is ideal as an art studio, a gym, or a home office. Out back, tall palm trees sway over a flat lawn, a rectangular pool, and stone-covered patios.

In addition to this new purchase, Stewart maintains another home in Los Feliz, which she bought for $2.2 million in 2012, as well as a $5.6 million Manhattan penthouse and a modern Malibu beach house that she listed last summer for $9.5 million.
