Kuleba names two conditions to bring war to an end

Kuleba said that of the G20 countries, none of them except Russia wanted the war to continue.

"So to end the war in Ukraine, two things have to be done – the opinion in the Kremlin has to be changed, and powers like India can help facilitate that,” Kuleba said.

“Moscow has to abandon its war plans, and switch from war-mongering to a peaceful line of thinking," he said, speaking of the first condition to be met ahead of any talks with the Kremlin.

"Second, Russia must withdraw its forces from the entire territory of Ukraine."

The minister called these conditions the starting points that would make peace talks possible.

Meanwhile, the Russian aggression has created a number of problems around the world, in particular with regard to food security, nuclear security, exchanges of prisoners, and protecting the environment in times of war, Kuleba said.
