Kwik Trip continues its reign as the best gas station in the country

A recent list from USA Today has named Wisconsin-based Kwik Trip the best gas station in the country for the 4th consecutive year.

The beloved gas station and snack stop was featured on a 2023 top-10 list where readers voted on what they thought was the upper echelon of gas station chains across the country. The vote was based on coffee freshness, snack options, fuel quality and, of course, bathroom cleanliness.

Kwik Trip is no stranger to being #1

This is now the fourth year running that the Wisconsin favorite has claimed the title.

“This Wisconsin-based, family-owned company operates more than 800 stores in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, South Dakota and Illinois. Their bakeries make more than two dozen different items each day, and all milk is sourced from dairy farms within a 100-mile radius of La Crosse, Wisconsin,” the article from USA Today wrote.

Who else was included on the list?

Notably Kwik Trip did rank higher on the list than its similarly named foe QuickTrip, which can also be found in the midwest but is originally from the south.
