Kyiv gets new air defense systems, mayor says
"The military assures us that new air defense systems are already in place in the capital,” said Klitschko.

“(our skies) will be more secure. We hope that there will be no more attacks and provocations with kamikaze drones.”
Commenting on the restoration of nominal power supply in Kyiv after the series of Russian air and drone strikes, Klitschko said that it will take up to two to three weeks. Currently, power shortage in the capital ranges from 25 to 50%.

DTEK energy company earlier said that updated Kyiv blackout schedules are being prepared, with power outage durations potentially increasing to six hours at a time. On Oct. 27, emergency blackouts affected more than 1 million Kyiv residents.
