From Kyler Murray to Creed Humphrey: 31 players with Oklahoma ties in the NFL playoffs

The 2022 NFL playoffs begin Saturday, Jan. 15, and several players who spent their college days on Oklahoma gridirons will be helping their teams as they try to win Super Bowl LVI.

Seven teams each from the NFC and AFC will participate in the 2022 NFL playoffs, which begin this weekend and continue through the conference championship games, both of which will be played Sunday, Jan. 30.

Players from OU, Oklahoma State, Tulsa and Southeastern Oklahoma State University will be among those vying for a chance to play for the Lombardi Trophy Sunday, Feb., 13 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, Calif.

Here are the Oklahoma college football players to watch in the 2022 NFL playoffs this weekend.

Seven NCAA Oklahoma football players are on the rosters for the Cincinnati Bengals-Las Vegas Raiders playoff game:

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals

Mixon, a halfback, was a running back at OU.

Tre Flowers, Cincinnati Bengals

Flowers, a cornerback, also played in the defensive backfield at Oklahoma State.

Samaje Perine, Cincinnati Bengals

Perine, a running back for the Bengals, played the same position at OU.

Jordan Evans, Cincinnati Bengals

Evans plays linebacker for the Bengals. He played the same position during his time at OU.

Tyron Johnson, Las Vegas Raiders

Johnson, a wide receiver for the Raiders, played the same position at Oklahoma State.

Lamb, a wide receiver for the Cowboys, was an All-American receiver at OU

Blake Jarwin, Dallas Cowboys

Jarwin played tight end at Oklahoma State. He plays at tight end for Dallas.

Reggie Robinson III, Dallas Cowboys

Robinson III plays at cornerback for the Cowboys. At Tulsa, he played in the defensive backfield.

Norman native and Norman High alum Zac Taylor is the most high-profile coach with Oklahoma connections in these NFL Playoffs. Now the Cincinnati head coach, his Bengals open the playoffs hosting the Raiders on Saturday.
