Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray, now with a big contract, is suddenly flipping the script on the narrative that he is selfish and immature. After staying an hour after Saturday’s Red & White Practice signing autographs, longer than anyone else on the team, he has stepped up again for a young fan in a big way.

A fan tweeted how the son of a friend had his signed Kyler Murray jersey taken by someone at the practice. The kid was heartbroken.

Murray, who was tagged in the tweet, as was the team account, came to the rescue.

He got a Color Rush jersey of his, signed it and had many of his teammates sign it as well.

There are many who don’t believe in Murray as a player or a quarterback. This is the sort of thing that goes a long way for a generation of fans.
