Kylie Jenner Poses With Fai Khadra in Paris, Maskless and Ignoring the Pandemic (Again)

From ELLE

Kylie Jenner continues to be the prime example of what not to do during the coronavirus pandemic. And this time, her friend Fai Khadra joined her. Jenner once again left the country despite Los Angeles' safer-at-home policy, California's high COVID-19 case numbers, and the fact that part of the state is burning with horrible wildfires.

Jenner shared shots of herself in Paris on Instagram, including some showing her cozy with Khadra.

Were they wearing masks outside, like any traveling American or Parisian resident should be, given the city's new mask mandate (one put in place because their COVID-19 numbers are starting to pick up)? Absolutely not. Jenner and Khadra posed on a roof as if no disease is currently ravaging the globe. The two aren't wearing masks in any of the Instagram Stories she shared of their trip either.

Jenner did go to the Louvre and also checked out some Hermès shoes. She did not post a shot of herself in either facility, so it's unclear whether she wore a mask to them.

This isn't the first time this summer that Jenner and Khadra have broken California's non-essential travel ban to do a couple-y photo shoot some place pretty for the 'gram. They also posed in Utah in July.

So, is Kylie breaking the non-essential travel ban right now? It depends on whether she's in Paris for work or another vacation, though chances are some of her travel companions aren't there for "urgent matters" or "permitted work," as California recommends. The state's COVID-19 site says regarding travel:

You can travel for urgent matters or if such travel is essential to your permitted work. Even though businesses around the state are opening up, avoid traveling long distances for vacations or pleasure as much as possible. This is to slow the spread of the coronavirus.

The site adds that "if you do travel, take steps to keep everyone safe like wearing a face covering, keeping 6 feet of physical distance from those not in your household, and washing your hands frequently."

Earlier this month, Kylie broke the state's travel guidelines when she flew to Turks and Caicos for her birthday vacation with Kendall and friends.
