Kylie Jenner slams model’s lawsuit claiming reality star’s company didn’t pay her on time

Kylie Jenner insists her company keeps up with its payments.

“The Kardashians” star and makeup mogul, 25, slammed claims from model Sasha Palma that she was twice paid well beyond the deadline — as alleged in a lawsuit filed by Palma and obtained by TMZ.

The Los Angeles-based model claims she was owed $2,000 each for two one-day shoots in the summer of 2020. She alleges that both times, Kylie Cosmetics neglected to pay until more than a month after the agreed-upon deadline. Noting the lengthy delays would entitle her to penalties of $60,000 for each instance, Palma is now seeking $120,000.

Palma alleges that Kylie Cosmetics had no trouble paying her by the necessary dates but simply opted not to, according to TMZ.

Kylie Cosmetics has denied the allegations, saying Palma was paid on time for both gigs and that the company has documentation to prove it.

A source associated with the reality star said it’s possible Palma really didn’t receive the money on time, but due to other reasons — such as her agent withholding the cash.

That insider also suggested other possible motivations for the suit, including Palma’s failed attempts to book more work with Kylie Cosmetics and request a letter of recommendation.

Kylie Cosmetics did not immediately respond to the Daily News’ request for comment.
