Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Are Reportedly Giving Their Romance Another Shot
Kylie Jenner flying cross-country to be with her ex Travis Scott on his 29th birthday wasn’t just the gesture of a friend and committed co-parent. Entertainment Tonight reports that Jenner and Scott’s romance is back on…tentatively, anyway.
A source explained that the former couple, who split in October 2019, “are messing around and having fun together. They’ve always had a strong connection and chemistry and they’re exploring their relationship romantically again.”
Family and friends can see they still have feelings for each other too, the source added: “They’ve been co-parenting so well together and have a lot of love for each other. Everyone around them can see that.”
Jenner spoke out amid breakup reports in October 2019, confirming then that the two were done romantically. “Travis and i are on great terms and our main focus right now is Stormi,” she added with a double exclamation mark emoji. “Our friendship and our daughter is priority.”
Scott had sparked cheating rumors earlier in the year, and while the couple overcame those, a source told People in October 2019 that Jenner “still has trust issues with Travis. He hasn’t been giving her the commitment that she needs. Travis isn’t ready to give her all that she wants.”
Jenner last spoke about her relationship with Scott in Harper’s Bazaar’s March 2020 cover story. Then, she made it clear that the two remained very close friends.
“We have such a great relationship,” she said. “We’re like best friends. We both love Stormi and want what’s best for her. We stay connected and coordinated. I think about [my parents] in situations with Stormi, what they would do. They were very hands-on with me, and I want the same for Stormi.”
