L.A. County sheriff’s deputy injured, rushed to hospital
A Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy was rushed to the hospital following an incident in Temple City Friday night.
Details remain limited but the incident was reported shortly before 10 p.m., according to LASD.
The deputy sustained some sort of injury while they were at the Temple City station located on the 8800 block of East Las Tunas Drive, authorities confirmed.

Sky5 video captured the deputy being rushed by ambulance from the station to a local hospital for injury treatment. A trail of patrol cars was seen clearing the roads and escorting the ambulance through freeways and surface streets.
The deputy’s current condition and the severity of their injury were not released. The events surrounding the incident remain unclear.
