Lack of regulation in beauty products takes center stage at House hearing

The $90 billion beauty business in the U.S. is one that goes largely unregulated, meaning all those ingredients in foundation, blush and lipstick aren't subject to stringent federal testing. But the house energy and commerce committee's subcommittee on health held a hearing this week on reforming the cosmetic business. Gregg Renfrew, the Founder and CEO of Beautycounter testified at the hearing joins the On the Move Panel to discuss.
