ELLEN LEYVA: I'm Ellen Leyva from ABC7, and we have breaking news. The LAPD has made arrests in the kidnapping of Lady Gaga's dogs.

Two of her French Bulldogs were taken in February after the singer's dog walker was shot by two suspects in Hollywood. Ryan Fischer survived the shooting.

Lady Gaga offered a reward for the dogs before they were later found and returned to police. LAPD is expected to release more details about the arrest.
