Chart-topping Academy of Country Music, Billboard, and iHeartRadio Award-winner Lainey Wilson's emerging country music stardom will achieve higher levels this fall.

Recently announced as a member (and on-screen performer) of the cast of Paramount Network program Yellowstone's fifth season (as Abby, a character co-creator Taylor Sheridan wrote specifically for the singer), the "Things A Man Oughta Know" vocalist has made another announcement:

October 28 will mark the release of "Bell Bottom Country," her fourth studio album. To mark the occasion, she's released "Watermelon Moonshine," the second single from the album, following up the critically acclaimed track "Heart Like A Truck."

Via a press release, the song is described as "a retrospective coming of age ballad" that finds Wilson "nostalgically reflecting on the dauntlessness of teenage love," and discovering "amusement in just how confidently unversed to the world she was at the time."

Regarding the album, it features 14 tracks, bearing songwriting from her frequent collaborators Trannie Anderson and Dallas Wilson. Also featured are writers of the moment, Jordan Schmidt (Kane Brown, Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, Keith Urban), and a songwriter emerging as an artist -- Nicolette "Pillbox Patti" Hayford. Notable too is the album's closer: a cover of 4 Non Blondes' powerhouse, 30-year-old ballad "What's Up?"

"I've lived quite a bit of life the past few years, and I have a lot more to say," Wilson states via a press release. "Sure, I love a good pair of bell bottoms, but Bell Bottom Country to me has always been about the flare and what makes someone unique — I have really embraced mine, and I hope y'all can hear that across this project."

Currently, Wilson is on the road on the Ain't Always the Cowboy Tour with Jon Pardi and Hailey Whitters. As well, she is opening for Luke Combs on selected dates.
