According to the travel blog, "the resort 'serves as a tranquil escape' from life's hustle and bustle." The venue is surrounded by “stunning rolling hills and lush greenery" and offers treatment packages such as "'Gifts of Our Garden' which includes 100 minutes of full-body exfoliation, massage, and a body wrap using herbs from the resort’s private garden." In addition, they offer "barre or kickboxing classes and a 'LakeHouse Spa.'" In 2020, the resort "unveiled a multimillion-dollar renovation" in which they added "new dining rooms, guest rooms, updated spa amenities and services, and new dining menus." The dining menus created by "the resort's executive chef Stephane Beaucamp" include "nourishing power bowls... smoothies, plant-based entrees, and immunity-boosting juice shots."
