Lake Effect Brings Wintry Mix of Snow and Rain to Michigan's Upper Peninsula

Lake effect precipitation brought a mixture of rain, snow and graupel to areas west and northwest of Lake Superior on Tuesday, November 1, including portions of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

The National Weather Service forecast the conditions would continue “through midweek,” and urged caution while traveling.
