Lakefront home sells for $1.22 million; three others top $1 million
A home in western Sioux Falls sold for $1.22 million, topping the Sioux Falls area sales for the week of May 8-12.
The six-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 9513 W. Lakeside Circle offers 4,500 square feet on an acre of land by Cherry Lake. The house features a private beach and dock, home audio and security, and a backyard sport court with a basketball hoop, according to Zillow. It was featured on the 2019 Spring Parade of Homes and built by Top Construction.
There were three other homes that sold for over $1 million this week. One is in eastern Sioux Falls and the other two are in south central Sioux Falls
