Lakers to tip off second half of the season on March 12: Full schedule

The NBA unveiled the second half of its schedule for the 2020-21 season on Wednesday, and the Los Angeles Lakers will officially begin the second part of their season on March 12 against the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers will have a nine-day break between games following the All-Star Game on March 7 in Atlanta.

LA’s first game after the break will be part of a doubleheader on NBA TV. Luckily for the Lakers, they already have made their biggest trips of the season and the longest one left in the second half is a five-game Eastern Conference trip between April 6 and April 13. However, the second half will feature seven back-to-backs versus just five in the first half of the season.

The Lakers continue the first half of their schedule Wednesday night when they welcome the league-leading Utah Jazz to Staples Center. Hopefully, when the second half of the season comes, the Lakers will have Anthony Davis back in the lineup to close the season in what has been a brutally competitive Western Conference.
