Lancaster Archery Classic bringing in archers from across the world

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – Spooky Nook is hosting the largest indoor archery tournament on the East Coast over the weekend.

It’s the 20th annual Lancaster Archery Classic which offers a unique 60-arrow qualifying round.

Followed by head-to-head matches that offer every finalist a chance to take home the top prize in their division.

The tournament even brings international archers.

Brian Maxwell an archer from Vancouver said, “It’s a fantastic venue. As you can see here it’s just huge numbers. It’s great to see that. I think big events like this that come around are great and are inspiring many people to come up and pick the sport.”

The elimination matches start Saturday at 8 a.m.
