Gill was also sentenced to five years probation and must register as a sex offender for 25 years.

Gill was arrested after an undercover detail in April where he responded to an online ad posted by an undercover officer posing as an underage girl’s family member.

Gill had agreed to pay $300 to have sex for one hour with the girl, according to the District Attorney’s office. Officers found Gill with $305 and the phone used to communicate with the officer at the agreed-upon location.

State Police filed the charges against Gill.
