Braden Young and Cameron Miller help Lancaster Thunder win PBL East Division championship

Braden Young of New Philadelphia and Cameron Miller of Sugarcreek helped the Lancaster Thunder win a Premier Basketball League playoff game on Saturday.

Playing host to the Detroit Panthers for the PBL East Division title, Young scored 20 points and had numerous assists, while Miller finished with eight points in Lancaster's 104-99 victory.

Jae Williams led all scorers with 37 points.

In the Midwest Division, the Shoreline Wolves traveled to Chicago to take on the Ballers. Chicago jumped on the Wolves early and came away with a 124-81 victory.

The Chicago Ballers will travel to Lancaster to take on the Thunder for the PBL Championship Saturday. Tip-off is scheduled for 6 p.m. at Ohio University Lancaster.
