Sep. 30—Construction at the state line will close some travel lanes on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation.

Exit 200 in Georgia at Riverwatch Parkway to Exit 1 in South Carolina at West Martintown Road will have closures from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. on the inside eastbound lanes and 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the inside westbound lanes.

Construction crews are scheduled to bring bridge beam deliveries to the Savannah River. Closures are weather permitting.

The construction is part of a larger project on Interstate 20 to widen and replace existing bridges.
