Lantana man dies when sedan, motorcycle crash overnight near Belle Glade

BELLE GLADE — A 52-year-old Lantana man died early Wednesday after his motorcycle collided with a car near Belle Glade, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said.

Investigators identified the man as Kenneth Hall and said he died at the scene, on the 24000 block of State Road 80, near the west county courthouse.

According to a PBSO crash report, the fatal wreck occurred shortly before 2 a.m. Hall was eastbound on a 2004 Suzuki motorcycle when he crossed into the path of a 2018 Chevrolet Impala that also was traveling east.

The impact of the crash threw Hall from the motorcycle and onto the hood of the Impala before he landed on the roadway, PBSO said.
