Laramie skiiers have solid showing at Red Lodge

Feb. 4—The Laramie High alpine ski team had a solid showing in a giant slalom race at the Cody Invite on Saturday in Red Lodge, Montana.

Charlie Karleen was LHS' fastest skier on the day finishing 12th in 1 minutes, 52.74 seconds. Rowan Shea was right behind him in 13th at 1:54.48.

Otto Lefevre was next to finish claiming 21st 2:04.82. Ike Parrish was 26th at 2:26.46 and Sebastian Del Rio rounded out the team in 27th at 2:31.34.

For the girls, Kaia Karleen was first to finish taking 15th at 2:09.44. Also in the top 20, Hazel Parker also finished 17th at 2:12.52 and Skye Cabrera was 19th at 2:12.75.

Gloria Rynders finished the day for the Plainsmen in 26th at 2:23.62.

The Plainsmen alpine ski team returns to the slopes on Feb 9. in Casper.
