The Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) released a video said to show fighting with Islamic State in Baghuz on March 18.
Lorenzo Orsetti, an Italian fighter with the group, was killed in clashes with Islamic State in Baghuz, the group said on March 19.
The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces said on March 19 that they were in control of the Islamic State “encampment area” in Baghuz.
